Jumpstart Your Health


Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. Each person has different goals, meaning each strength and conditioning program will be different and catered to meet their needs.


Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports, while using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time. This type of training is designed to help you move better and live a better quality of life.


Boxing is a great way to burn calories, get fit and build your confidence. Competing in both Boxing and Muay Thai myself, I’ll be able to help you learn the art, whether for fitness or to better your skills/techniques.

Caleb has been conducting PT sessions with my wife and myself since I started working away and didn't have time for my previous routine. Caleb is a brilliant trainer and his passion for fitness is truly inspirational. My wife and I really enjoy our sessions with Caleb and have really been seeing and feeling the results. we can't recommend Caleb enough for anyone who is looking for an experienced, friendly, and committed trainer.
